BabyCare Device is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, cure, treat, alleviate or prevent any disease or health condition or investigate, replace or modify any physiological process. If your infant feels discomfort, please seek medical attention immediately. BabyCare Device is only intended to assist you in tracking your baby’s wellbeing.

The current version has no temperature or heartbeat detection.

BabyCare App connects to the BabyCare Device via Bluetooth (V5.0). Scan QR Code on the back of the device to download it from App Store or Play Store. For the first-time use select language, register an account and input the personal details of your newborn. Open the BabyCare App notification for Bluetooth pairing, select the device name BCD-XXXXXX and confirm the connection. Once it is paired you are ready to use it.

Currently English and Traditional Chinese languages are supported. The Japanese version is expected to be released at the end of July, 2022. Other languages will be available in the near future.

The App will emit a warning sound according to your phone sound mode.

At the moment, BabyCare Device is able to be connected with one mobile phone or a tablet. Updated version with the multi-device connection will be available soon.

BabyCare App has a Bluetooth disconnection alert and a reconnection mechanism, but the device will automatically shut down if the disconnection exceeds 30 seconds.

A USB-C charging cable is included.
The battery capacity of this device is 350mAh.
The device can be used continuously 40 hours.
If it’s used 12 hours per day, then it can be used during 3-4 days without charge.

Derived from the market needs, New Century Products are in partnership with certification institutions to meet the regulations in the target regions. For example, New Century Products strollers have passed the EN1888 European quality certification.

In this stage, the designers would confirm the design, carry out process planning, understand the feasibility and the product versioning, and give customers reference upon confirmation sampling.

Once the final correction is confirmed according to the prototypes, the mass production would be begun.
